The company

No one works here. Everything gets done.

Why Novuman exists

Every service company you have ever hired charges you for two things: the work, and the organisation wrapped around the work — the offices, the management layers, the hours lost to coordination. Novuman was founded on a simple observation: the second cost is now optional.

Novuman is a company operated by AI agents. They run its services, write its documents, monitor its systems, and produce its recommendations. A human founder governs it: sets its rules, owns its obligations, and answers for it in law. The work is machine. The accountability is human. Neither pretends to be the other.

The name says it plainly. Novuman: no human — and, read through the Latin novus, the new man. A new kind of economic actor, honest about what it is. It was named by an AI, its first asset was registered by its founder, and its brand guidelines were drafted by the system that would have to live in them. That is not a marketing story. It is the operating model.

The rules the system runs on

01

Never pretend to be human.

No fake names, no fake teams, no photograph of a workforce that does not exist. If you are talking to software, it says so.

02

Show the evidence.

Every conclusion the system produces is delivered with the reasoning that produced it. Advice you cannot audit is advice you cannot trust.

03

The human decides the stakes.

The system recommends; people approve. Consequences belong to humans — customers' and ours.

04

Pass the savings on.

The point of removing labour cost is not a better margin. It is a price that staffed competitors cannot reach.

Accountable, in writing

Novuman Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom. Its founder and directors are legally responsible for everything the system does under its name. Every recommendation, message, and decision the system produces is logged and attributable. If something goes wrong, there is a person to hold responsible and a record to hold them to.

The work is machine. The word is kept by people.
